Glenlivet 18 yr
Elegant, complex, oaky and fruity. An enticing bittersweet symphony.

Macallan 18 yr
Light mahogany color. Rich palate with fruit, spice, cloves, orange and wood smoke. Full finish of dried fruits and sweet toffee with a hint of ginger and wood smoke.

Glenmorangie 18 yr
Tawny brown color with a bright orange tinge. Nose contains oak, vanilla, walnuts and a touch of peppermint. Fleshy palate with spiciness, wood-extract, some peatiness. Firm, dry, rounded, nutty finish.

Dalmore 21 yr
Full, rich, seductive, well balanced. Flavors continue to unfold as it lingers on the palate. Subtle finish contains hints of orange peel, honey and roasted almonds.

Macallan 25 yr
Rich mahogany color. Full, rich palate, with dried fruits and wood smoke. Long finish with dried fruits, wood smoke and spice.

IRISH WHISKEY
Black Bush
Medium copper color. Medium- to full-bodied. Aromas reminiscent of fresh sea air are accompanied by rich molasses and chocolate flavors. Smoky leather finish lingers.

Jameson 12
Deep amber hue. Rich woody aromas. Full-bodied, with rich brown spice flavors and bourbonlike sweetness through the finish.

Jameson
Yellow-gold color. Delicate floral aromas with grainy notes and heat. Light-bodied, very smooth and clean, with a touch of astringency on the finish.

Redbreast Single-Malt
Unique among whiskeys Redbreast is a single, unblended, pure pot still Irish whiskey that has been triple distilled in oak casks for not less than 12 years. Smooth mellow character, full-flavored and assertive but not overly so.

BOURBON
Basil Hayden
Golden amber with aromas of spice, tea and peppermint. Taste is spicy, peppery, honeyed and light bodied with a gentle bite. Dry, clean finish.

Booker's
Rich, smoky amber color with smoky aroma that includes vanilla and oak. Taste is intense, with fruit, tannin and tobacco flavors. Clean, long, intense finish.

COGNACS
Courvoisier VSOP
Amber color, silky smooth with some chocolate overtones and a nutty, slightly citrus finish. Hints of vanilla, grilled almonds and port wine.

Courvoisier XO
Intensely aromatic with velvet sweetness and flavors of orange, vanilla and spice. Delicate and refined.

Martell Cordon Bleu
Deep golden copper color, floral and spicy fragrance. Exceptionally smooth and round taste, rich in fruit and wood. Delicate finish.

Remy Martin XO
Delicate jasmine and iris top notes. Aromatic heart, with hints of ripe fig, candied orange and prune. Base notes of freshly grated cinnamon and oven-baked brioche.

Couvoisier Initiale
Very rich and complex. Fragrances start with humid forest and truffle, then port wine and cedar wood, with hints of spice and fruit. Explosive flavor, deep and harmonious; elegant and full of delicacy with a long, perfect finish.

Chabot VSOP
Caramel-color ed with a nose of almond, plum and sugar cane. Full, heady flavor with a hint of plum. Powerful finish, spicy and long lasting.

Chabot XO
Brilliant, copper color. Slight aroma of white plums and a touch of wood. Round taste with pleasing, wood aroma. Lengthy finish.

Jacopo Poli Grappa Amorosa de Vespaiolo
Distilled in an antique copper steam boiler at low temperatures. Pleasant, delicate and elegant. Aromas reminiscent of apples, honey, figs and wisteria.
